Cancellation & Refund Policy

If there is a need to cancel for any reason, we ask for a 24 hour notice. Please understand that when you cancel or no show for an appointment, it is cost to Natural Touch Contour. If you cannot provide us with 24 hours notice, we will impose the following fees: "No Show" Loss of that treatment session in your package or service purchased & "Same Day" cancellation will be a $25.00 charge before your next scheduled treatment.  Payments for all services are non-refundable since treatment is by appointment only. Booking your appointment acknowledges you have read and understand the contents of the Cancellation & Refund Policy for Natural Touch Contour.
